A renowned tuba player in the Portland area, Mark has been the featured guest bassist with most jazz groups and was a member of the Stumptown Jazz Band, One of Mark’s latest ventures is teaming up with legendary pianist Dick Hyman performing Jelly Roll Morton’s music. In addition to trad music, Mark’s musicial training includes concert band, symphonic experience and now Rebirthing The Cool, Bebop N Beyond.
